Notice of Proposed Increase in Fees

In accordance with A.R.S. §9-499.15 and A.R.S. §9-511, public notice is hereby given that the Kearny City Council will consider approving an increase to the following fees no sooner than 60 days after the posting date of this notice;

• An increase to the fees currently charged to all utility customers for the sale of water.
